Father two beautiful children Alexe and James. Passionate about music, traveling, beach, watersport, driving a motorbike and being outdoors. 

Enthousiasme and passion are key element for succes, that is what I believe. If it comes to work many people do their hours but the ones that come to work to do heir jobs are the ones that make the difference. Because I am passionate, enthousiast I try to make the difference every day.

Complaining does not help you forward, if you do not like the situation, change it. If you can not change it, accept it.

Lead by example, work hard and do what needs to be done. Give people the chance to make mistakes and learn from it. Respect other people and try to work together, you cant beat the world alone. Do whatever you do with passion and become successfull.
